However, the interesting and rather unfortunate point for Abdi Media is that if we assume one of the recipients of this directive is the Islamic City Council of Omidieh County instead of the Islamic City Council of Omidieh City—and if this is correct—then what should we do about the fact that the "city" mayor of Omidieh was written as the "county" mayor of Omidieh?
The problem is that the current governor of Khuzestan, who previously held several positions including Director General of Intelligence for Khuzestan Province, Deputy Minister of Intelligence, Deputy of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, and advisor to the First Vice President, does not pay close enough attention to his correspondences (like many other officials). He fails to realize that "city" management refers to the city, not the county.
I’ve written several times that officials in the Islamic Republic, when signing the final drafts of correspondences prepared for them, often do not pay enough attention to the consequences and sign them without due care.
