The Chinese, the Americans, and the Russians are all looking after their own interests, there are people in the country who think that by confronting the United States, this kind of relationship with Russia can be a solution for us and help our interests, unfortunately, they do not pay attention to these changes, how much the world and the relationship between the actors have changed.

These relations must be balanced. At the height of the war, Dr. Velayati told the Russians that if they did not meet our demand, we would take it from the Americans. In other words, it is a fact that in the field of politics, you should be able to exploit the available options.
