In the approval of this year's budget, the import of various types of cars and machinery such as ambulances and road construction machinery and equipment was foreseen. which was not found to be contrary to the general policies and was approved by the high supervisory board of the assembly.

The approvals of the Supreme Board of Supervision over the implementation of general policies are made by the majority of the board members, and in the approval related to the import of used passenger cars, the vast majority of the board members voted for it.

The issue of importing new and used cars with previous records and all available evidence is left to the personal measures of Ayatollah Khamenei. And the Supreme Supervisory Board of the Assembly, which acts according to Clause 2 of Article 110 of the Constitution, only gives legal clothes to the measures and the rest is all secondary.
