At around 8:00 PM, she was allowed to call and inform us of her presence at the headquarters of the Ministry of Information. Immediately, Mohsen, Yaser and Ali Farzand, Fati left for Saba Street. to release her through negotiation, but they were not allowed to meet her after he was present for 3 hours on Saba Kenar Street at the headquarters of the Ministry of Intelligence; They said she was being interrogated. Finally, Mohsen returned home at 12:00 PM after sending Fazeh to Evin.

I spent the first hard night without Fazeh not knowing about her. I could not sleep until morning. Mohsen, who stayed by my side, said that the 209th section of the Ministry of Information must be in Evin and made me worry with words.

Until two weeks ago, she talked with her husband Hamid Lahoti, and his children Mona, Hassan, and Mohsen. But unfortunately, she has not been able to talk to me so far. She had told Mohsen that after three days of interrogation, they did not come to her again.

At first, she was in Ward 209 with several people, but then she was transferred to a double room and said that it was comfortable and had air conditioning, but recently they did not allow her to use the phone. Unfortunately, they have not allowed him to deliver her personal belongings, clothes, etc. in prison. It seems that they don't accept personal belongings in the 209th paragraph of Evin, which is not true, it is an inhuman practice.

After the protest and the fire, it took a week for Evin to get permission to call after Mohsen's follow-up. Unfortunately, her interrogator, Mr. Hajimoradi, does not issue a sentence for her to go to general prison, and the possibility of meeting with her is provided according to the prison rules. We have been waiting to meet her for more than a month. Right now, as I am writing this text, she has not called for 10 days and we have not heard from her.

Finally, why should such unprincipled behavior be done to prisoners and relatives of prisoners in the Islamic Republic, which is a follower of Ali (a.s.) and Nahj al-Balagha and Ali's government decrees? I ask Khamenei, not as a leader, but as someone with whom we have co-existed and cooperated in the struggle since 60 years ago, to avoid ill-treatment of prisoners and to respect their rights and their families.

Why shouldn't Fazeh be allowed to visit her family for more than a month, or be denied a phone call? All prisoners, regardless of whether they have committed a crime and are in the preliminary investigation stage and are accused of committing a crime or have even committed a crime, according to the law, have the right to meet and visit their relatives, this is one of their basic rights, and if the investigator If he does not want to have a visit, he must inform the prison, the prisoner, the lawyer, and the relatives in writing.

They have not even allowed her to have a lawyer yet. A prisoner must be able to meet with his first-degree relatives, mother, husband, children, and siblings, and even if someone else wants to meet with him, he can submit his request to the investigator, prison, or... with a reason. Is this if the investigator is not accountable for fear of the bailiffs?

By God, there is nothing in my heart, except the longing to see him. Hoping for humane and Islamic behavior, which will solve the government's problems with kind behavior, not violent behavior.
