It can be clearly said that Britain has a definite influence in Iran's oil industry. Iran's lack of oil development is the result of its policies. I can say with certainty that the British influence in this field is executive and not merely informational.

Any plan to develop Iran's oil will be disrupted by Britain. This influence may be expressed in benevolent or civilized language, but their ultimate goal is to bring about change for their own benefit.
