Ali Larijani's office announced:

Following Dr. Ali Motahari's interview with Entekhab media about the events of 2019 and the impeachment of the then Minister of Interior, Dr. Ali Larijani's office issued a statement rejecting these statements. The text of the statement is as follows:

"Dr. Ali Motahari's statements about the impeachment of Dr. Rahmani Fazli, the Minister of Interior at the time, and the interference of Dr. Larijani, are completely denied by relying on the opinion of the Supreme Leader's Office or other cases such as friendship.

Such illusions have been repeatedly raised by him without reasoning, while he has been explained that the issue is not these matters, but that the people who had signed for the impeachment would withdraw their signatures and the number 10, which is the quorum of the bill in the parliament, would be retracted. Dr. Koulivand, who was the head of the Council Commission at the time, never gave a report to the Board of Directors about the quorum of 10 members to be included in the order.

Such accusations, whatever the motives that have been raised, have no religious basis, and if there is ugliness, they are such actions.
