Ali Bagheri became the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs only as the Political Deputy Minister and the closest coordinator with Mohammad Mokhbar and the Deputy of International Affairs of the Office of the Leader of the Islamic Republic and the Ayatollah himself, and considering more interests, he became the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, and while he could have been the Minister of Foreign Affairs, he was nominated by Amir Abdul Hayan.  There is no special motivation for me in this case
