اختصاصی - علی اکبر حیدری‌فر قاضی مشهور کهریزک با عفو آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای آزاد شد.

According to Abdi Media's sources, #Ali_Akbar_Heidari_Far , the infamous judge of Kahrizak and former deputy prosecutor in charge of political and security cases at the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office, has been released from Evin Prison under a pardon granted by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic.

Heidari-Far is the deputy prosecutor who, following the protests after the 2009 presidential election, received and executed the order from Saeed Mortazavi to transfer detainees to Kahrizak Detention Center. Due to the events at Kahrizak, he was later suspended from service.

He was once detained in Evin Prison on charges of "disrupting public order, security, and peace" after using a firearm in self-defense against several unknown individuals on the road to Isfahan. This led to his conviction and, later, multiple other sentences that, under the rule of multiple offenses and the application of Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, resulted in a unified sentence.

Heidari-Far also served as an advisor to Saeed Mortazavi in the Central Headquarters for Combating Goods and Currency Smuggling. He held various positions in the Housing Bank, sports clubs, and federations, but was sentenced to 15 years in prison on charges of embezzlement and financial corruption.

Additionally, on April 12, 2011, Heidari-Far was sanctioned by the European Union for violating the rights of Iranian citizens.
