By the decree of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and following the structural reorganization of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Brigadier General "Ahmad Vahidi" was appointed as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Rear Admiral "Ali Fadavi" has also apparently been appointed as the Advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC.
It is likely, and should it be officially confirmed, that Major General Abdollahi, the Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, will simultaneously serve as the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
