 Any government that leads its citizens to fulfill their promises, to trustworthiness and honesty, is religious.

The government can be completely secular, like Western governments, and not allow religion to enter the political arena and have no ideological restrictions, but it can be a religious government. Because in the process of this government, the people become responsible, they are not humiliated, they feel their identity, and they are not constantly humiliated.

In our government, a person protests, for example, he says that this policy of yours is wrong, they hit him in the mouth and make a case for him, should we call this government religious?

That secular Western government is religious, but this government, which is called the Islamic Republic but does not allow the promotion of virtue over the government, causes people to become two-personalities, people cannot protest against wrong policies and constantly makes people poorer, but I do not consider it a religious government.
