However, may I ask if you have ever encountered a preliminary ruling, an investigator, or a decision from a court of first instance or appellate court issued without reference to a statement or documents that have the force of law as per Article 9 of the Civil Code?
Is it conceivable that judges, even a newly appointed prosecutor, would be unaware of this obvious matter and issue such an unsupported ruling, without the prosecutor or deputy prosecutor reminding them, and that such rulings have proliferated and been repeated within the judiciary without any oversight body being informed or taking action, to the extent that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic had to issue such a public admonition?
Or is it that, because you lacked the ability to critique directly, you sought to subtly divert public opinion from the essence and roots of the matter by criticizing the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, specifically noting his title "Supreme," and implying that his statements contradict the aforementioned legal provision in your tweet?
