The Belourforoush and Mofarregh families, with 20 employees and 3 senior managers, established Bank Saderat Iran on September 6, 1952.
After the 1979 Revolution, the bank was nationalized and became state-owned. After several decades, part of the bank's shares were sold on the stock exchange.
