He was born in 1903. After completing primary and secondary education, he entered the military school and became an officer in 1929 and spent his service in Tehran. In 1940, he was the commander of the Pahlavi Regiment of the 1st Army of Tehran with the rank of major, and he was also entrusted with the protection of the Shah's palaces.

He was promoted to the rank of colonel in 1944 and to the rank of brigadier general in 1951. In August 1953, he became the head of army recruitment and for a while he was the commander of the Rezaiyeh army and for a time he was the commander of the Ahvaz army. In 1961, he reached the rank of lieutenant and became the commander of the army, and finally, after his retirement, he was appointed as the head of the security department of the National Oil Company. His death happened in 1976.
