(Born on January 7, 1939 in Tabriz - died on September 29, 1981 in the suburbs of Ray) was an F-4 Phantom 2 pilot in the Iranian Air Force and the commander of that force from 1980 to 1981 and the Minister of Defense in the cabinet of Mohammad Ali Rajaee.
