(August 3, 1910, Semnan – February 15, 1979, Tehran) was a full general in the Imperial Iranian Army and the third head of the National Intelligence and Security Organization (SAVAK) during the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi.

Nassiri commanded the 1st Battalion of the Imperial Guard Division and the Royal Guard.

During the August 1953 coup, he was responsible for the siege of Mohammad Mossadegh’s house and delivering the order from Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi to remove Mossadegh from the position of Prime Minister.

In September 1978, following the declaration of martial law in Tehran and the change of government, he was summoned to Tehran while serving as the Iranian ambassador to Pakistan and was sent to Evin Prison.

After the 1979 Revolution, despite the opposition of the interim government of Mehdi Bazargan, he was tried by the Revolutionary Court under the presidency of Sadegh Khalkhali. He was executed for "enmity against God" and "corruption on earth," and for his direct involvement in the killing of people, on the roof of the Refah School located on Ein al-Dawlah Street in Tehran.
