The regulations for the increase in the number of judges have become sunny after about two years

Some news reports indicate that the regulations for increasing the number of judges are finally on the verge of being approved and implemented after about two years.
This bylaw, which is said to have been signed by the head of the judiciary, is supposed to replace the previous bylaw, which was several years old.
The new bylaw was the result of a legal authorization issued by the parliament that allowed the job groups of judges to be matched with those of the political professions and to solve this problem, which had existed for many years, once and for all.
This regulation has been prepared and compiled with a long delay and the passage of about two years from the legal authorization and after several sessions (known as banana sessions) in the Human Resources Department of the Judiciary.
What can be heard from the content of the new regulations is that despite the existence of disproportionalities and injustices regarding veteran but low-ranking judges, female judges, and district judges and busy cities, it has more positive steps than the previous regulations.
There is still no official announcement and the possible timing of the implementation of new groups in this regard.
