The causes and factors of the issue cannot be identified and discovered solely by the investigator and the judge; various agencies, both written and verbally, should clarify the causes and factors of the matter, including intelligence and security organizations. Every individual in every position must be held accountable for their negligence and fault to their share. This explosion caused significant human, financial, and material damages and distressed the people.
