Judiciary News Agency: A judicial case has been opened against those who disturbed the psychological security of society following the announcement of the illegal activation of the “snapback” mechanism; offenders will be dealt with.

Mizan News Agency: Given the psychological atmosphere created following the illegal activation of the snapback mechanism by the European countries party to the JCPOA, some channels and news websites, shortly after the UN Security Council vote, produced content aimed at inciting sensitivity regarding price increases.

Despite the need to maintain public calm and societal psychological security, the mentioned media outlets coordinated to publish news that disturbed the public’s psychological security, which was immediately reshared and promoted by anti-Iranian media.

The Tehran Prosecutor’s Office warns that, given the country’s current situation, media outlets must exercise sufficient caution in publishing news and must not allow their output to become a source of disturbance to the psychological security of the public.

In case of any violations by media outlets, appropriate action will be taken.
