Now, it seems that after much discussion and debate, it has finally been decided that Hedayatollah Farzadi will be dismissed from the management of this prison, and one of the managers of the Tehran Province prison complex will be appointed in his place.

However, the closed secret behind the insistence on the martyred employees of this prison being present—despite everyone being aware of the warning and the possibility of an attack on the prison, and despite the manager concentrating the employees, especially the female staff, in the administrative building while he himself worked in a separate office outside the administrative building—remains undisclosed.

And of course, this does not negate the strong condemnation of the attack on the prison, which violates all international conventions.
