آیا شورای نگهبان قانون اساسی نیازی به تفسیر اصل ۱۳۱ قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی نمی بیند؟

The specific question is whether the members of the Council collectively assume the presidency or if the First Deputy is considered the sole caretaker and, according to the directive issued by the Leader of the Islamic Republic, manages the executive branch?

Additionally, will two other legal personalities merely assist him in conducting the presidential election within a maximum of 50 days?

Assuming that the First Deputy or the Speaker of the Parliament and the Chief of the Judiciary jointly assume the caretaking role, can the aforementioned individuals, without resigning, also run for the presidency?

The second question is:

The mentioned board must elect the new president by holding elections within a maximum of 50 days.

Now that the organization of elections is with the Ministry of Interior and the vetting of qualifications is with the Guardian Council, as per the usual legal procedure, what extraordinary duty does this board have in conducting the presidential election under this constitutional article?

Of course, I know that the need for interpretation or non-interpretation entirely depends on the will of "Ayatollah Khamenei."
