According to Note 4 of Article 16 of this law, which came into force on June 12, in cases where the interested parties request to perform an administrative task or refrain from performing it, they must first submit their request to the relevant institution. And after three months, the Court of Administrative Justice has the authority to enter and investigate.
If the persons refer to the Administrative Court of Justice before presenting their demands to the executive body, a "decision to dismiss the lawsuit based on lack of hearing" will be issued.
