According to the decision of Branch 1 of the Disciplinary Court of Judges regarding the elections for the 14th term of the Isfahan Bar Association, a lawyer who does not have the right to vote in the elections cannot interfere in the fate of the elections or object to its process.

According to a report by VaklaPress, the elections for the 14th term of the board of directors of the Isfahan Bar Association, which was held on January 3, were approved by Branch 1 of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges.

According to the judgment issued by the First Branch of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges, the text of which is as follows: With the final announcement of the results of the counting of votes for the 14th term of the Isfahan Bar Association, four lawyers have expressed their objection to the election process and results, and in the end, only one of the protesters has complained about the votes of the Supervisory Board in the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges.

The Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges, after reviewing the case, based on the fact that the lawyer protesting the election process was sentenced to a fourth-degree disciplinary punishment and was banned from voting in the elections, did not consider his objection valid and confirmed the result of the election.
