Subject: Explanation and Removal of Ambiguity
Greetings and respects,
Pursuant to Circular No. 90989 dated 09/12/2024 and with the aim of clarifying the issue and removing ambiguity, the following is informed.
1. Since, according to the explicit text of the note under Article (32) of the Civil Service Management Law, the licenses subject to this note are issued for a maximum period of one year and for the performance of a specific job, therefore, if the executive agencies need the services of the managers who are employed by this note and whose tenure period ends, they can comply with the relevant criteria for the issuance of a new license in order to benefit from the capacities and their abilities in other specific jobs and jobs.
2. According to the provisions of Petition No. 336 dated 10/09/2012 of the General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice, the employees of a specific employment contract subject to the note under Article (32) of the Civil Service Management Law are not subject to the Labor Law.
