The Central Bank's policies regarding digital exchanges and cryptocurrencies are opaque. In the name of money laundering, it closes the portal of cryptocurrency platforms and willingly or unintentionally contributes to the underground markets. The Central Bank should make policy for these platforms, but it should not be the cause of irregular behaviors instead of policy-making.
