Only a small portion of laid-off individuals can benefit from unemployment insurance, and many workers, especially construction and daily-wage workers, do not have insurance at all.

In addition, many people who earned income through the internet are also facing serious problems due to internet restrictions.

In wartime conditions, the government must increase the resilience level of society.

One necessary measure could be preventing layoffs for at least six months and providing support facilities to affected businesses.

Rising unemployment in wartime conditions can create the ground for social protests.
