My previous note regarding the issuance of a non-prosecution order by Mr. Ebrahim Vahdati, the investigator of Branch 4 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Isfahan, concerning the charges of illegitimate acquisition of property, fraud, and money laundering.
My previous note regarding the issuance of a non-prosecution order by Mr. Ebrahim Vahdati, the investigator of Branch 4 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Isfahan, concerning the charges of illegitimate acquisition of property, fraud, and money laundering, based on the complaint of one of the complainants against the Isfahan Province Research and Technology Fund and its then-managers regarding their dealings with the Zavieh Financial Group—do you remember?
"You will be astonished" and "to be continued"—do you remember?
Note that the earlier case, with the complaint of another complainant, is still under investigation in the investigation branch of the fourth office of that prosecutor's office. And for one day after the hearing of the managers of the Zavieh Financial Group in the branch of the Tehran Court of Appeal—that is, the 24th of Aban of this current month—a date has been set for an in-person confrontation between the complainant and these same defendants, the managers of the Isfahan Research and Technology Fund.
And now I wanted to say that the case, with the objection of a complainant, first went to a branch of the Criminal Court 2 of Isfahan.
But they took the case from that branch and referred it to the specialized money laundering branch, and His Honor Judge Farajollah Shahsanaei, as the head of Branch 130 of the Criminal Court 2 of Isfahan, with his respectable ruling and judicial interpretation, did not even see the necessity of ordering supplementary investigations and obtaining the expert opinion of special officers, and stated that these facilities were based on a contract! And of course, the facilities, according to the report of the Judicial Inspector General of Isfahan Province, were based on a fictitious and fraudulent scheme! And the fund's inspector also reported in writing that the actions were not in compliance with the mandatory anti-money laundering laws, and the fund's managers themselves admit that they did not make any inquiries in line with this law for verification—it did not matter to them!!! And as a result, he upheld and confirmed the non-prosecution order.
And of course, in the issued judgment, they instructed the complainant to file a civil lawsuit.
Now it remains to be seen what will happen to the earlier and similar complaint, with the complaint of one of the complainants in the investigation branch of the fourth office of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Isfahan?
Is it not beautiful?
