Judiciary Spokesperson: Eight defendants in the King Money case were convicted of disrupting the country's economic system by participating in network fraud.
The main defendant in the case was sentenced to 20 years in prison, the others to 10 years, and some to 5 years in prison and the restitution of the joint property. For some complaints, the case is open.
In the execution of the sentences, an expert was conducted for the three properties seized by the defendant and the case was sent to the court due to objection to the expert's opinion.
As soon as the expert opinion is approved by the court, the real estate auction will be held.
The Tehran Prosecutor personally and weekly monitors the case and the argument of inaction in the execution of sentences is not true.
