In a letter to the secretaries general of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) and the International Energy Forum, Mohsen Paknejad on Monday (December 31) appointed Seyyed Ali Mohammad Mousavi, Deputy Minister of International Affairs and Trade of the Ministry of Oil, as the new representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the OPEC Executive Board, the Executive Board of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum and the International Energy Forum (IEF).
