The head of the Financial Intelligence Center explained; the CFT convention is on the agenda for the upcoming meetings of the assembly.

The head of the Financial Information Center, while appreciating the expert discussions at the Expediency Discernment Council, stated: "The very good path of expert, technical, and legal discussions pursued by the Council is commendable. I would like to thank His Excellency Ayatollah Amoli Larijani, the respected head of the Council, and the honored members for advancing discussions related to the conventions in a completely expert environment. Even the opponents expressed their opinions within the framework of expert discourse, and fortunately, the Palermo Convention was approved through the dialogues between supporters and opponents."He further expressed hope: "The CFT Convention is also on the agenda of future Council meetings, and we hope this process leads to good results for the national and economic interests of the country. It is expected that after the approval of these conventions, various sectors of the country and executive agencies will converge and synergize, ensuring their determination to optimally exploit the maximum benefits of these decisions for the economy and the people of the country."
