According to this deal, until the definitive transfer of the shares in the name of the buyer, Hamrah Aval will nominate 2 individuals to be members of the board of directors of Asiatech Data Transfer Company, and the sellers are obliged to replace them with the current representatives of Mehregan Capital Pars and Mobin One Kish Company.
By appointing 2 of the 5 members of the board of directors, Hamrah-e-Aval will have more control over this internet service provider.
