The defendant in the first row of the Taravat Novin Automobile Satisfaction Company case was sentenced to death/ The verdict can be appealed to the Supreme Court

 The Special Judge of the Court for the Investigation of Crimes of Disruptors in the Economic System of Qazvin Province announced the issuance of the verdict of the defendants in the case of the multi-plaintiff Raza Khodro Taravat Novin and said: "The defendant in the first row was sentenced to death, and for the other defendants who were influential in the case, long-term imprisonment and dissolution of legal entities were issued." 

Abdolkarim Kalhor stated: "The Special Court for the Investigation of the Crimes of Disruptors in the Economic System located in Qazvin Province was issued after holding 13 public hearings on this multi-plaintiff case and after reviewing the documents, the statements of the complainants and the defendants, the report of the judicial officers, the opinions of experts, and the process of the investigation, the verdict of the defendants was issued."

He continued: "This case with more than 28,000 plaintiffs has 28 real and legal defendants, for whom the first row defendant has been sentenced to death, and for other real defendants who are effective in the case, long-term imprisonment has been issued, and for legal persons, a dissolution order has been issued."

Regarding the payment of the claims of the victims, Kalhor said: "The return of the plaintiff's property will be considered in accordance with the last contract and based on the inflation rate of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the time of payment (the day of payment).

At the end, the Special Judge of the Court for the Investigation of Crimes of Disruptors in the Economic System of Qazvin Province noted: "The death sentence issued for the first defendant can be appealed to the Supreme Court, and the verdict issued against the other defendants is also final."
