Has a judicial case been initiated in the Judiciary, or, in the event of a special order or classified directive for investigation, within the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces regarding the air incident resulting in the death of the President, the Foreign Minister, the Supreme Leader’s representative in the province, the Governor, and the accompanying military personnel? Regardless of a quick or final outcome, has a judicial case been formed?
