Mr. Al-Weiri, [former mayor], said that in the country, managers lack the courage to make decisions and take action.

Mr. Riscardo Saza, the Italian ambassador, came. He gave an explanation of Italy's positive positions, cooperation, and support for Iran. He inquired about the political situation and our positions regarding Afghanistan and Palestine, as well as the new statement from the Tehran prosecutor's office regarding the criminalization of biased remarks about negotiations with America. I said if we were not in favor of stability in Afghanistan, things would not have come to this point; he accepted that. I said we seek stability in Afghanistan, and that stability is in our interest, but we oppose the continued imperial presence of America. We support the stance of the Palestinians. The International Atomic Energy Agency regularly inspects the relevant centers in Iran and admits that Iran is not seeking nuclear weapons, and the same applies to chemical weapons; America is lying. I also criticized the position of the European Union in the UN Human Rights Commission regarding Iran and the lack of European independence regarding the oppression of Palestinians and the plight of the Palestinians.

Mr. [Morteza] Alvi, [former mayor of Tehran], came. He requested a consultative position. He criticized the lack of cooperation from officials in Qom regarding Mr. Malekpour's proposal and stated that in the country, managers lack the courage to make decisions and take action; for this reason, he has not accepted an executive job.

Mawlāwī Abdolhamid [Ismaeelzahi], the Friday prayer leader of Zahedan, along with the representatives of Zahedan and Khash, expressed their grievances about the severe drought in the province [of Sistan and Baluchestan] over the past four years, the government's neglect in addressing employment needs, the lack of attention to hiring locals, and the harsh treatment of some Sunni clerics in Kurdistan by the Ministry of Intelligence. They stated that the province is still affected by the large-scale projects that began during the reconstruction government, such as the railway, dam, water pipeline to Zahedan, Khash cement, the prosperity of Chabahar and Gwadar, and the development of Zabol and the IranShahr power plant. They lamented the government for not initiating new projects and the stagnation of the implementation of these projects.

In the afternoon, Mr. [Abbas Ali] Alizadeh, the head of the judiciary of Tehran, came. He criticized the lack of coordination within the judiciary and the ineffectiveness of the system in addressing political deviations and getting caught up in the case of [Shahram] Jazayeri and Petropars, as well as the behavior of gentlemen [Abdolnabi] Namazi, [the Attorney General of the country], [Hadi] Marvi, [the First Deputy of the Judiciary], and [Seyyed Hadi] Hosseini, [the judge of the Shahram Jazayeri case]. He brought the text of the ruling of the Freedom Movement.

[Atal Bihari Vajpayee], the Prime Minister of India, after two tests of Pakistan's medium-range missiles, said that India's patience has run out.
