Insecurity and looting are expanding in Iraq.  Radio [Voice] of America, which wants to downplay the insecurity, says that many embassies and foreign missions have been looted.  Attacks have been reported on the German, French, UNICEF, ministries, centers and organizations such as commerce, banks, hospitals, museums, guidance and many houses such as the house of Ezzat Ibrahim, [Saddam's deputy], Uday, Saddam's son, and Tariq Aziz, [Deputy prime minister].

[Jay] Garner was supposed to enter Iraq to run the country, and it seems that he did not dare to come because of this chaos and also the opposition of other governments and conflicts;  Although Ahmad Chalabi, [Secretary General of the Iraqi National Congress], insists that he come sooner.  In an interview with BBC, Seyedjavad, the son of the late Abdul Majeed Khoei, said that there were 10 armed guards with Abdul Majeed, three of whom were killed, and the forces that were called to help could not arrive.  The US government has condoled his murder.
The two major Kurdish parties, [the Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan] have announced that they will start withdrawing from Kirkuk today;  Based on the request of Turkey and the order of the United States?!  Clashes continue in Tikrit and Mosul.  It is possible that Saddam [Hussein] is in Tikrit. There has also been a conflict between the Kurds and the Mujahideen.  The forces of the Badr [Army] are gradually entering Iraq. The border control of Iraq has been completely dispersed and the borders of Iraq and Iran are open.  There were 35 Iraqi border posts on the borders of Iran.
Today, Mosul surrendered without a fight.  In Baghdad, the Americans killed and injured several people when they blew up an ammunition warehouse, and a number of nearby houses were destroyed;  with many casualties.  The International Red Cross announced that it is unable to meet the needs of the injured due to insecurity and looting of hospitals.  The power cut has doubled the problem of hospitals.  The United Nations has announced that the occupying forces are responsible for maintaining the safety of the people, prisoners and wounded.

The Nuremberg Tribunal is ready to try the Iraqi authorities as war criminals, and Human Rights Watch has requested the formation of an international war crimes tribunal for Iraqi leaders, and until today, no traces of Saddam [Hussein] and his family and the Iraqi authorities have been found, which is one of the wonders of the times.

Russian officials say that there is a lot of evidence that shows that there was a pre-agreed scenario in the war, occupation and surrender, and that the incidents were nothing but a fake show.  American officials have blamed France for opposing the war and opposing NATO aid to Turkey.  Anti-occupation protests in Iraq have peaked in many countries.
