At noon, a group of Qom guards came; They complained about war commanders. A group of Khuzestan representatives came. They had suggestions to improve the situation of the war veterans. Including building housing and work facilities. Mr. [Hasan] Jalair, the owner of the cultural and artistic complex - who makes Islamic films - came and gave a report [of the actions of the cultural and artistic complex] and asked for help for the institute.

In the evening, a group of pilots came to express their loyalty and announce the acquittal of the fugitive traitor pilots and to ask for help in building houses for the pilots, [as well as the security and] intelligence officials of the army's ground force. I spoke for them. The families of martyrs and missing clergy also came. I spoke for them in detail. At night, we had a private meeting with Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei. It was discussed about the [election] of the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Education and the Chief of Staff of the [Joint Army] and the Commander of the [Army] Navy; Results were obtained. Mr. [Mohsen] Kongerlu, the Prime Minister's adviser - who was on his way to Europe - came and gave a report.
