At night, Ahmad Agha came home. He informed that on the day of Tasua [on the Mashhad-Tehran route], they wanted to hijack an airplane, and [the hijackers] were arrested. It was suggested that Mr. Ray Shahri [Minister of Information] and Mr. [Sheikh Youssef] Saneyi, the Prosecutor [of the country] attend our meeting on Thursday night to clarify the limits of their responsibilities. The government and current issues were also discussed.
I spoke with Ayatollah Khamenei on the phone.
