Before going to the public session of the parliament, I read the reports in my office and listened to the morning news. There is a slight sense of calm in the Persian Gulf. Before the meeting to the representatives -

I advised them to observe order when the Indian Parliamentary delegation is present in the meeting. At nine o'clock in the morning, the Speaker of the Indian Parliament and his companions came to the meeting. They sat in the audience and I said a short welcome. We did the second round of negotiations at half past nine. We didn't have anything new to say and the meeting repeated the previous compliments and generalities with other words. I came to my office and the Indian delegation was meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament.

Dr. Rouhani came to the Persian Gulf for defense affairs and said that the IRGC and the army do not take the threat of US occupation of our islands seriously and do not pay the necessary price for it. We also negotiated about the defense and formation of a camp under the command of Sayad Shirazi for the Persian Gulf.

An Indian reporter came with the delegation and had a short interview with me. In the afternoon, the ideological and political heads of the army, police and gendarmerie came. They have no budget. It was supposed to be paid from somewhere. In the evening, I had several meetings about war affairs.

At night, I went to the airport to see off the Speaker of the Indian Parliament. There, short interviews were conducted by me and Mr. Balram Jakar, Speaker of the Indian Parliament. It was raining, so high-level ceremonies were not performed.

From there, I went to Ayatollah Khamenei's office to participate in the meeting of the heads of state. In this meeting, the current negotiations with France were discussed. These negotiations have not progressed. It was decided that our encounter was out of necessity. The answer to the UN Secretary General's letter was also discussed and decided. Mr. Prime Minister was criticized for not fully implementing the decisions of the Supreme War Council, and he agreed to accept it, and he was advised not to overdo it with harmful actions against America, but to be firm in countering the same. The Prime Minister reported the results of his trip to Syria. I arrived home late.
