They returned home from the hospital in the afternoon. Before noon, I spent most of my time reading reports and attending to parliamentary affairs. I usually bring the work home; to save time and reduce travel in the streets, on days when I do not have important work in Parliament, I do the work at home. I read the publication containing statistics on the identification of the country’s deprived regions. The condition of the deprived regions causes me great distress. Even while at war, we cannot do anything important for them. I hope that one day we will be able to take effective action to remedy this deep historical discrimination. Of course, effective measures have been taken since the Revolution, and now, through rationing, essential and necessary cooperative goods are distributed in these regions.
