I went to the public meeting. Before the order, I talked about countering the Iraqi cities. The discussion was about the quality of dealing with the elections after the imam's ban on running candidates for the entire region and one area for another area. We decided to ask the Imam whether the [Islamic] Republican Party is subject to this order or not. After the meeting, Mr. Rabbani Amlashi asked me to negotiate with the Imam; He was upset that the Imam stopped the movement of the center and the nationwide candidacy.

In the afternoon, Mr. Idris Barzani came and gave a report on the situation of the Kurds of Iraq and raised his problems and expressed his loyalty. He said that Iran's provision to them has been delayed for several months and he demanded to hand over the weapons donated by Syria to them. They are dealt with carefully so that they do not become so strong that they become a problem for Iraq after Saddam in the future.

Mr. Mirdamadi from the IRGC came and said that Kuwait is willing to exchange the detainees of the Kuwait explosions with the Saudi consul in Lebanon - who was kidnapped.
