On the way to the office, I went to Khatam al-Anbia hospital to visit Ayatollah Marashi. They are fine. They are sleep deprived. They applied for their library and emphasized on the development of sugarcane cultivation and industry.

I visited several war wounded. I said that the patients should be given a gift. I came to my office. The weather is cloudy, but it is not raining.

Mr. [Hadi] Nejad Hosseinian [Minister of Heavy Industries] came. He sought solutions for the problems of production and industries and told about the programs. We had a meeting to review the plan of Jamshid neighborhood - which has been destroyed and the people of the area have dispersed. They wanted financial help to cover their housing expenses and to prepare their place of business - several thousand houses and shops. It was decided to use the land of Marghi Castle and continue the previous plan.

In the evening, Mr. [Reza] Amrollahi [head of the Atomic Energy Organization] and Timsar [Mustafa] Torabi [head of the Defense and Intelligence Organization of the Army] came.
