It rained well last night. I came to my office at half past seven in the morning. [Mr. Abdullah Nouri] Minister of Interior came. They discussed the trip to Pakistan, the politics of the Kurdistan administration, the recent issues of students and governors. He brought a plan to fight moral corruption that we will examine.

Mr. [Ahmad] Nikfar representing Euclid and Mr. [Ali Akbar] Tahai representing Tankaban and Mr. [Ali Mohammad] Suri [Laki] representing Khorramabad came for the needs of their constituency.

The presidents of Islamic Azad Universities came. Dr. Jasbi reported and I spoke in detail about the importance and success of the university. In the evening, Mr. Hadi Ghaffari and Majdara came. They reported the trip of the North Korean parliamentary delegation. They said that Kim Il Sung [the leader of this country] has expressed his desire to visit Iran and request the annual sale of two and a half million barrels of oil in exchange for the implementation of projects. I told them to specify the projects in the program and budget commission. I worked until half past seven.
