I went to the assembly early in the morning. In the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the downing of the Algerian plane by Iraq and the killing of its passengers - who were fourteen people - it was broadcast. Before the order, I condemned this ugly act of Iraq and considered it a sign of the confusion of the country's leaders.  Before Iraq said anything, it was necessary for us to announce. The defect in the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is that it informed the Algerian embassy late, which is the object of their objection.

The constitution of the Revolutionary Guards was on the order and then several bills were approved. In the afternoon, Iraqi clerics (Jamaat al-Ulama) came and complained that Mr. Hakim gave them low prices. It is very difficult to create an agreement and cooperation between the Islamic forces of Iraq. I advised them and said that Mr. President is responsible for coordinating them.

Mr. Ali Babaei's wife came and complained about the seizure of her husband's property and oppressed her. I told him that I have already sent a message to Mr. Ali Babai through Dr. Ali that if he does not cooperate with the hypocrites, he should appear and no one has anything to do with him, and the rest of the issues will be resolved.

The meeting [community] of the fighting clergy was held tonight in my office and a decision was made about the candidates [assembly] of experts. Qom's teaching community has opposed our list in 20 cases. The meeting lasted until twelve o'clock and I slept the night in the parliament.
