In the afternoon, at the Supreme National Security Council, there was a discussion about the Karabakh region and the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Afghanistan, and the incidents in Arak. It was decided to accept sending observers to Nakhchivan and Armenia. We should help Azerbaijan and ask Armenia to return to the situation before the Tehran summit. In the evening, I came home.
