Mr. [Mohsen] Rafiq Dost, [Chairman of the Mustafafan and Veterans Foundation] came. He spoke about the stagnation and shortage of Rial and liquidity and criticized the Central Bank and the Ministry of Commerce for supplying cheap iron. He asked for a loan to start weaving factories in Pakistan where we are partners.

We discussed the current policies with the leadership over the phone. They said to hand over the affairs of the foundation to Mr. [Mohammad Hassan] Rahimian, the successor of the foundation. They asked me to think about appointing the next head of Shahid Foundation.
