Until the evening, I spent my time resting, reading and walking on the beach. In the evening, I rode a jet ski for an hour and went to places far away from the sea. They were upset because the guards could not accompany them. I also swam a bit in the sea.

Mohsen Rezaei, [Commander-in-Chief of IRGC] and [Hamid] Mirzadeh came; We had negotiations. At night, we drove around the streets of Kish and visited the new hospital. It is clean and comprehensive and good. Then we went to the Green Tree restaurant for dinner. All the companions had come and they had not stopped the people.

Mr. [Syed Hossein] Marashi, the governor of Kerman and Mr. [Bijan Namdar] Zanganeh, the Minister of Energy, were also added. They explained about the special economic zone under construction in Sirjan. This special area can be a comprehensive center and warehouse for major goods. The issue of water price in prohibited areas for industrial and drinking purposes was negotiated. Mr. Marashi claimed that the water price was considered too expensive, but Mr. Zanganeh's defense was also strong.
