Together with Dr. Rouhani, we moved to Qom. At eleven o'clock we entered Ayatollah Montazeri's house. We had a short discussion about war and armed forces and general issues of the country. They had written recommendations about the quality of the cohesion of the military and law enforcement forces, which they had prepared two years ago. Its generalities are similar to the content of Imam's decree. They gave me a letter that they recently wrote to the Imam about war, clergy, unity, etc., and I read it.
