From seven to nine in the morning, I did administrative work in my office, answering inquiries and reading reports. In the open meeting, several other credentials were approved and several people who had objected to the credentials of others withdrew their objections on my recommendation, including Mr. [Abbas [Dozdozani and] Karim [Malik Asa], representative of Malawi [who had objected to the credentials of Mr.] Ali Akbar [Natiq Noori and] Mohammad Reza [Bahaner] and Mr.] Ali Rahm [Yosefpour] representative of Ardal [who had objected to the credentials of Fakhruddin Hijazi and] Mohammad Ismail [Dalbari] the representative of Bostan Abad [who had objected to the credentials of] Mohammad Taqi [Ranjabr] the representative of the monastery. Some refused to take it back; I did not insist that interpretation should not be imposed.

The election of the permanent board of directors was held, and the same former people were elected, and I was elected as the chairman with 187 votes out of 192 votes in the parliament.

There were many referrals from the representatives. In the afternoon Mr. [Abdulkarim [Sharai], the representative of Qom, came. He had suggestions about the parliament. He is upset that his letter of credit was rejected at the branch. I have advised them to confirm, but some resist. Mr. [Ibrahim] Sanjaghi came. The trip to the front and the issues of the headquarters were discussed.

In the evening, about 15 members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who have entered the parliament, came. We discussed the war and the IRGC and the quality of using the parliament for war; It was decided to cooperate for these purposes. Dr. Rouhani came. We discussed about the war and headquarters and work and travel problems.

Brigadier General Shahbazi [Chief of the Army General Staff] came and reported on the work of freeing the forces behind the front. The location of the general headquarters was discussed and it was decided to be at the location of the joint headquarters.

Mr. Abdullah Nouri came. An office for the plan of the future organization of the armed forces was discussed. He was appointed to take charge of this office under the supervision of the Commander-in-Chief. At night, I went to the meeting of the Expediency Council. Articles on the punishment of drug traffickers were approved. At the end of the night, we decided to rebuild the ruins of south Beirut. I arrived home late; The children were all asleep.
