At half past seven in the morning, we went to Sedavasima to participate in the Persian language seminar. Before the meeting, we visited the plan for the construction of accommodation for foreign guests, which is planned on the Safai hill near the international conference hall. In the seminar session, Mohammad Akhavi, [Head of Broadcasting Organization] and Mr. [Mahdi] Firuzan welcomed and reported. I also spoke briefly. He applied for the tax issue of veterans' foundation and borrowing from banks. Dr. Hashemi [Golpaigani] came for the order of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

Mr. [Ahmed] Vahidi, [commander of Quds Force] came from the IRGC. He gave explanations about the aggression of the Armenians to Azerbaijan and their possible aggressive goals and the ways of countering the Azeris.

In the evening, Dr. Velayati [Minister of Foreign Affairs] came. He complained about the financial and currency strictness of the Planning and Budget Organization and asked for my support to solve the problems of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Supreme National Security Council had a meeting. Negotiations and decisions were made regarding Karabakh and internal security issues and the coordination of Basij and law enforcement forces, economic cooperation with Taiwan, etc.
