Due to the small number of representatives present, the voting quorum was facing a problem. I worked until almost noon and stayed in the meeting.

In the afternoon, Mr. [Mohammed] Ishaq Madani from the Sunni representatives of Sistan and Baluchistan province [Saravan representative] came. He gave a complete report on the situation of the region and Balochistan of Pakistan and the potential dangers and the situation of Sunni clerics. He suggested that one or two local scholars should be the source of affairs to guide the region and the clergy with the power, facilities and privileges of the government.

In the evening, a group from the air force came. They had a proposal and a plan for the construction of the wings and body of the plane and they wanted help and support. I gave a mission to the military industries group of the camp to negotiate with them. [Mr. Ajli] The Algerian ambassador came to say goodbye. He insisted on my trip to Algeria.

Colonel Razmjo, the head of the military service, came. He said that due to the large number of referrals from the conscription system, it will take time to send them to the seventh and eighth months of this year. This attack is for the new plan of the parliament and is more than necessary due to the large number of absentees. He is dissatisfied with the recommendations and misuse of medical exemption.

Our ambassadors came to Sudan and Gabon. They reported on the situation there and had suggestions for the development of relations.
