I wrote a letter to the Chinese Prime Minister about the rapid training of anti-aircraft personnel and the coast to the seas for Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh [Deputy Prime Minister] to take to China. In the evening, I participated in the meeting of the assembly of experts. The issue of not separating authority from leadership was discussed.
